About Little Bright Book

Our Founder

Sara’s successful completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) program at the University of Cambridge has ignited a lifelong passion for education and childcare. She has held senior leadership positions in some of London’s most sought after schools and thoroughly relished her time spent in them. She earned roles as Head of English, Head of Humanities, Head of Gifted & Talented pupils, and then Head of Assessment at one of London’s most prestigious boys’ schools, Wetherby Kensington.

After carefully considering the critical importance of educational continuity and coherence in a child’s academic journey, Sara made the decision to establish her own bespoke tutoring and education consultancy. Specialising in providing personalised, in-home educational support, Sara fosters a seamless, synergistic relationship between school and home life for her clients. She provides comprehensive assistance to pupils as they navigate their individualised academic journeys, while simultaneously cultivating strong partnerships with parents. Her exceptional success can be attributed to the precise guidance and customised support that Sara offers to families, expertly crafted to meet their unique, individualised needs and requests.

As a testament to her pedagogical expertise, Sara boasts a remarkable track record of success when preparing pupils for the fiercely competitive entrance exams at 4+, 7+, 8+, 10+, and 11+. Her deep knowledge of the complex requirements of these exams, as well as her well-earned reputation for superior educational support, has garnered her a distinguished reputation within the industry.

Sara’s deep familiarity with the London education system led her to recognise the importance of consistent and reliable support for children both in and out of the classroom. To address this need, she founded Little Bright Book, a service that not only connects families with exceptional nannies and tutors, but also provides these professionals with the tools and guidance they need to effectively support their charges. Through her innovative approach, Sara ensures that nannies are equipped with the skills and knowledge to assist with challenging homework and reinforce classroom learning, creating a seamless and comprehensive educational experience for each child.

She understands how important it is to have a strong team at home and how that plays a vital role in the social, emotional and academic development of our children. Sara understands the high expectations of our families and the importance of working with only top candidates. With a keen eye for detail, Sara places significant importance on getting to know her families and her candidates thoroughly. She is dedicated to ensuring that each family has the best support to meet their individual needs and has seen first-hand the positive impact that this can make on life at home. She goes above and beyond to support candidates and clients in their journey, and is always on hand to share advice and support to her clients.
